RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN AND CREATIVITY OF THE SERVICES AND THE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT.


​With a long career and wide recognition as a sommelier, she has been in the industry for over 10 years.
She possesses an education and an integrated vision where nutrition, cuisine and wines complement each other in order to provide added value and differentiation to her great passion.
Besides having written many articles, she has published 1 book about nutrition and 3 books about wines.
She is an expert in training and she knows the territory both in food products and in wines.

Jaume Montanyà


RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MANAGEMENT, FINANCE MANAGEMENT AND THE COMMERCIALIZATION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

He comes from the health field and he is the owner and manager of a medical centre with over 20 years of experience, specialised in physiotherapy.
He trained as a cook at the renowned Hofmann catering school in Barcelona, and in the past 6-7 years he has he has been able to combine his job with his great passion: gastronomy. He has redirected his career towards the cuisine and events field.
He has been an active participant and has designed special experiences which fill the participants' senses.
